HOW
DO I PARTICIPATE?
Follow
these 6 Simple Steps:
1. Take photos of your fellow players with your cool cell phones and cameras
2.
Upload your photos using TCA’s premium account at Flickr website
OR
****Upload
your photos using your own account at Flickr.com
3.
Send email to website@tenninballcricket.org about
addition of new photos
4.
TCA website team will announce on TCA website the addition
of new photos on Tennisballcricket
photo stream at Flickr.com
5.
Subscribe to the Tennisballcricket
photo stream to view new photos posted by various teams
6.
Do not forget to comment and Rate various photos

Rules and Guidelines:
1. This is a monthly award with a prize money of $25.00 starting from
March 2008 until December 2008
2. Teams are highly encouraged to use TCA’s premium account
to upload photos on Flickr website.
3. Username and password for the TCA’s premium account has
been sent to the team management
4. Since this will be a shared account, teams are warned against
deleting other team’s photos or posting photos not related
to TCA events or adult contents.
5. Please note that flickr logs IP addresses of each activity and it
is very easy to find out malicious individuals. TCA strongly advises
TCA community in not indulging in such activities.
6. Any team or individual identified deleting other teams photos without
their permission will be removed from TCA community
7. ****Teams can use their own Flickr website account to upload the
photos. In this case this individual or team will have to send this
photo to the Tennisballcricket group on Flickr using Flickr website
feature
8. Addition of new photos on Tennisballcricket
photo stream will be
announced on TCA website
9. However, TCA will not be responsible for marketing of these photos
to the community. Bringing the viewers to the Tennisballcricket
photo stream to view and comment on the uploaded photos is the sole responsibility
of the individuals or teams uploading the photos
10. At the end of the month, 5 photos will be nominated for voting
by the community to select the best Photo
11. Nomination will be done based on captured moment, comments given
by the community, and quality of the photo.
12. Third party company and/or individuals not associated with TCA
board and volunteers will nominate and select top 5 photos of the month
for the voting.
13. TCA community will vote for the best photo within 1 week of the
poll creation
14. Winner of the previous month will be declared by 10th of each month
15. TCA retains the rights to modify the monetary value of the prize
in the future
16. TCA retains the rights to modify the rules and regulation of this
contest in the future
